The RogersGray Charitable Foundation, a fund of the Cape Cod Foundation, recently supplied fire safety materials to 10,000 students throughout Massachusetts.

Part of National Fire Safety Prevention week in October, the Junior Fire Marshall program is now in its second decade and has grown substantially during that time.

“We’re so pleased with the growth of this program over the years.” Says Chuck Robinsons, President & CEO of RogersGray Insurance.  “The more elementary schools and Fire Departments we have participate, the more outreach we can do to children and families.”

Included in the materials given out are a Home Safety Checklist for families to review together, coloring books with safety theme, ‘stop, drop & roll’ bookmarks and the very popular fire hats.  In cooperation with the Foundation, employees of RogersGray Insurance package and deliver the materials to the requesting organizations.
