Fuel Spill Notice: There is now coverage available for fuel spills. Massachusetts has a new law to address oil leaks from home heating systems (Chap. 453 of the Acts of 2008). If your heating system was installed on or after Jan. 1, 2009, you may already be in compliance with this law. Please contact a licensed oil burner technician to certify the status.
Once you are in compliance, you would be eligible for fuel leaks. This would reimburse you for damages to your own property caused by oil as well as provide liablility coverage for damages to someone else's property. Contact your account manager for more information on coverage options and pricing.
