RogersGray Honored as Finalist for Nationwide “Best Independent Agencies To Work For”
The results of the Insurance Journal 2010 “Best Independent Insurance Agencies to Work For” are in and RogersGray Insurance Agency was named one of the 14 nationwide finalists.
The employee-driven survey, judged agencies on a number of different criteria including personal job satisfaction, overall employee benefits, flexible working hours, providing tools to help their employees grow and opinion of the agency’s principals.

Thousands of independent Insurance agencies were included in the survey and RogersGray was named one of only 2 north east agencies honored!
