What brought you to R&G, and why have you stayed?
RogersGray Insurance has a great reputation in the insurance and benefits marketplace, they have been honored many times with recognition as a ‘Best Place to Work‘ or ‘Best of the Best.’ R&G is a growing organization and they are committed to each of the eight communities where their offices are located and the regions that they serve. The people that work at RogersGray are like family. Each of these factors brought me here and will continue to be the reasons I remain at RogersGray for the next decade (plus)! It truly is a great place to work and a great place to have your insurance.
What was your favorite song in high school?
In high school I enjoyed listening to anything by AC/DC… Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap or Highway to Hell were my favorites!
If you could clear up one misconception regarding the insurance industry, what would that be?
Insurance is a fact of life. As such, you should align yourself with a broker that you trust, one that you are confident will understand your insurance needs and one that you have a strong, trusting relationship with.

What’s your approach to working with a new client?
Service and a good line of communication is the key to success!
What’s your favorite local activity to participate in?
Walk the trails at Ellisville State Park with my family.
