What brought you to RogersGray, and why have you stayed?
One of the factors that initially brought me to RogersGray is the reputation of the agency. Once I actually got to the interview process, the agency principals took the time to get to know me throughout my interview process. The leadership team is extremely visible and involved in the daily operations of the agency. I love coming to work and learning something new every day.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was young I thought I wanted to be surgeon, but changed then my mind when I found out I didn’t like blood…
What’s your favorite local activity to do?
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing at any one of the 43 courses Cape Cod has to offer.
What is the #1 tip you would give to your clients?
The number one tip I would give my clients, who are typically within the realm of small business, is to take the time to be actively involved in your business’ risk management process and practices. An active stance with risk management means lower insurance premiums and a stronger bottom line!
