RogersGray has been closely monitoring the evolving situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety of our clients, employees and community are always top of mind to us and we are trying to balance the need to be informative without being alarming.
To that end, we would like to provide this informational update as we continue to watch the situation closely.

Ways to conduct Insurance needs from your home or office
While we love seeing our clients in our offices, we understand that the practicing of social distancing can help alleviate the spread of viruses. For those wishing to avoid public places and in-person visits, you may use these alternative methods of communicating with the team at RogersGray.

Phone
Our client service team is available to assist with your needs via phone at 800-553-1801.
In addition, our 24 Hour Emergency Claims Center is always available at 866-709-8001.

Our website has a number of ways to contact us including the Online Self-Service Portal or our Online Contact Form.

Updates/Office Notices
RogersGray does have a business continuity plan in place, including remote work, to ensure consistent service for our clients should the need arise. Any and all office closings and/or updates will be listed on our website and on our social media pages.
Reliable Sources of Information
If you are looking for information on the virus, please be sure to visit a reputable source. There are reports that cyber criminals have begun using the public’s desire to learn more about COVID-19 in phishing scams that attempt to steal personal information or to infect your devices with malware, and ads that peddle false information or scam products.

In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are asking that anyone who is experiencing a fever or respiratory illness or those that have recently travelled to CDC Level 2 or 3 countries postpone their visit to any RogersGray branch office for the appropriate amount of time. We are taking the same precautions with our own employees to avoid potential spread to our clients and team members as well.
We will continue to monitor developments with COVID-19 and communicate with you any changes to our locations, communications and/or processes. We are committed to doing all we can to keep our staff and clients healthy!
