Mason Insurance Merges Main Street Commercial, Contractor and Personal Insurance Business with RogersGray

Mason Insurance has announced the merger of its Main Street Commercial, Contractors, and Personal side of their business with RogersGray. Both insurance agencies are part of the Baldwin Risk Partners family of nationwide firms, which offer best-in-class resources and diverse portfolio of insurance services that deliver a tailored approach to insurance and risk management for their clients. AHT, A Baldwin Risk Partner, will retain the Innovation insurance brokerage practice, a leader in risk management and insurance for technology, life science, and venture capital firms.

The Whitman and North Conway offices will soon be branded under the RogersGray name, and all team members will be retained, with additional job opportunities opening.

Dennis, MA – June 15, 2021– RogersGray Inc., Breakwater Brokerage, LLC (“Breakwater”) and Monomoy Insurance Group, LLC (“Monomoy”) (collectively, “RogersGray”), one of the Top 100 largest independent insurance agencies in the United States, has entered into an agreement with BRP Group, Inc. (“BRP Group”) (NASDAQ: BRP) to become part of BRP Group’s middle-market operating group. BRP Group is an independent insurance distribution firm delivering tailored insurance solutions. 

The Partnership is expected to be completed and close July 1, 2021, subject to certain closing conditions.

Yarmouth Port, MA – June 7, 2021. The Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) is excited to announce a partnership with RogersGray, for the upcoming 2021 season, that will include multiple promotional efforts.

RogersGray, the area’s largest independent insurance agency, will have a presence at all CCBL game through press box announcements and logo placement in the Cape League Magazine. Jeff Bastien, John Foley and John Turco are consultants in the Employee Benefits division. Ryan O’Connell joined the agency in 2002, specializes in coastal risk exposures for homeowners and is the first Personal Insurance Consultant to achieve Partner.

To be considered a Top Insurance Workplace, organizations were invited to fill out an employer form to provide details on their various offerings and practices. Employees from nominated companies were then asked to fill out an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity.

New Management Team Addition at RogersGray | Nov. 2018
Kingston, MA (November 8, 2018) — David Robinson, President & CEO of RogersGray Insurance, announced the addition of Ryan Brown to the management team at the growing Massachusetts-based agency.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan to our team,” said Robinson. “We had been looking for the ideal fit to manage key RogersGray locations and Ryan is it. With his strong background on the insurance carrier and the agency side, Ryan is poised to make a big impact on our insurance operations with a particular focus on our client experience.”

Brown joins the agency from Safeco, a Liberty Mutual Company, where he was the Senior Territory Manager in the Boston and New York City markets. He also spent six years with Arthur J. Gallagher in New York and attended SUNY Oswego.

Kingston, MA (September 24, 2019)   – Insurance Business America, a top industry publication, recently announced that RogersGray has been included in the prestigious list of agencies across the United States being recognized a “Top Insurance Workplaces” in the industry.

A total of 53 companies achieved the distinction of Top Insurance Workplace for 2019 with 64% of them in the same category as RogersGray. To be considered a Top Insurance Workplace, organizations were invited to fill out an employer form to provide details on their various offerings and practices. Employees from nominated companies were then asked to fill out an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity.
