Kiersten is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience building and managing infrastructure and teams, with a focus on talent development, employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth. Previously, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Winston Flowers, spearheading HR initiatives serving a diverse and multi-disciplinary workforce across multiple locations and supporting the company’s expansion into new markets. Prior to that, she held Employee Relations and HR Business Partner roles at State Street Global Advisors and gained early experience in recruiting at Adecco and Randstad.
An active member of the HR community, Kiersten is involved in a number of professional organizations, including the Northeast HR Association (NEHRA) and the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC). She has served on several volunteer committees and has been a featured speaker and moderator at industry events.
