RogersGray, Inc. enters into agreement to Partner with BRP Group, Inc.

Dennis, MA – June 15, 2021– RogersGray Inc., Breakwater Brokerage, LLC (“Breakwater”) and Monomoy Insurance Group, LLC (“Monomoy”) (collectively, “RogersGray”), one of the Top 100 largest independent insurance agencies in the United States, has entered into an agreement with BRP Group, Inc. (“BRP Group”) (NASDAQ: BRP) to become part of BRP Group’s middle-market operating group. BRP Group is an independent insurance distribution firm delivering tailored insurance solutions. 

The Partnership is expected to be completed and close July 1, 2021, subject to certain closing conditions.

Cape Cod Baseball League and RogersGray Enter Strategic Partnership

Yarmouth Port, MA – June 7, 2021. The Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) is excited to announce a partnership with RogersGray, for the upcoming 2021 season, that will include multiple promotional efforts.

RogersGray, the area’s largest independent insurance agency, will have a presence at all CCBL game through press box announcements and logo placement in the Cape League Magazine. The organizations will be collaborating on various promotions utilizing all the CCBL’s social media channels throughout the season.

RogersGray will be joining a Cape League Game of the Week radio broadcast, on 96.3 WEEI Cape Cod. They’ll also host an event night at a Cape League game this season, that will provide fans an interactive opportunity to learn more about RogersGray services.

Kingston, MA, 4/29/21 –  RogersGray [rogersgray.com] has announced that Jeff Cotto, Jeff Bastien, John Foley, John Turco and Ryan O’Connell have been named partners, effective January 1, 2021, in the nationally recognized insurance agency.

Jeff Bastien, John Foley and John Turco are consultants in the Employee Benefits division. Turco joined the agency in 2008, Foley in 2011 and Bastien in 2018.

Ryan O’Connell joined the agency in 2002, specializes in coastal risk exposures for homeowners and is the first Personal Insurance Consultant to achieve Partner.

Business Insurance Consultant, Jeff Cotto, began at RogersGray in 2007and focuses on contractors, condominiums, and nonprofits.

Kingston, MA (August 19, 2020) – Insurance Business America, a top industry publication, recently announced that RogersGray has been named as the #1 “Top Insurance Workplace” in the United States, for independent insurance agencies with 100-499 employees.

To be considered a Top Insurance Workplace, organizations were invited to fill out an employer form to provide details on their various offerings and practices. Employees from nominated companies were then asked to fill out an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity.

Kingston, MA (January 15, 2020) – RogersGray has announced that Greg Deems, CRIS has been promoted to Partner in the insurance agency.

Greg Deems joined RogersGray in 2011 and quickly became a top performer in his sales role, devoted himself to the furthering of his insurance knowledge and was instrumental in the growth of the company’s construction practice.
Deems completed his Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation and is an active member of the Associated Builders & Contractors of MA, the Mass Building Congress, the Utility Contractors of MA, and the Construction Financial Management Association.

New Management Team Addition at RogersGray | Nov. 2018
Kingston, MA (November 8, 2018) — David Robinson, President & CEO of RogersGray Insurance, announced the addition of Ryan Brown to the management team at the growing Massachusetts-based agency.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan to our team,” said Robinson. “We had been looking for the ideal fit to manage key RogersGray locations and Ryan is it.
